The Shah Granites Group was founded in 1964 with one guiding principle: to achieve the maximum in quality and cost efficiency, by using in-house technologies created for the capacities required and the conditions prevailing. The Group has remained in the forefront of the Indian granite and marble industry ever since and has continuously expanded its horizons, establishing many milestones in the process.

  1980: Manufacturing quality diamond tools.

  1981: Undertaking the export of monumental and building      granite.

  1982: Acquisition of marble quarries.

  1992: Established wholly owned subsidiary for catering to Southeast Asian markets.

  1998: Converting projects activity into a full-fledged division.

  2001: Diversifying into various types of interior hard finishes.

  2003: Expanding beyond interiors to include hardscape works.

  2005: Established a second generation subisidary in Dubai for catering to GCC countries.
